Country Hideaway Condominiums Policies

Policies • Minimum 2-night rental• Minimum 3-night rental during Holiday periods• Rates may not apply during Holiday and Special Season periods• Reservations must be secured with credit card (MasterCard, Visa or Discover) or rental may be prepaid in advance in full via check (Reservation will be held 5 days pending arrival of check payment).• $300.00 Security Deposit required at check-in• Resort Amenity Package not included*• Taxes not included in rental rates• Rates subject to change• Cancellation of reservation to be made 7 days in advance of check-in date. Any reservation not canceled within time allotted will result in a two night charge at standard room rate.• Check in time is after 4:00pm of the check in date.• Check out time is 10:00am of the check out date. No exceptions will be made.• No pets allowed in Country Hideaway Condominiums.
*Rates do not include Amenity PackageAmenities owned and operated by Mountain Lakes Club Inc. Any questions concerning recreation amenities and resort planned activities please contact Mountain Lakes Club at 706-865-4742.
Availability of amenities subject to change.
Amenity package is required to non-members of Mountain Lakes Club. Amenity package must be pre-paid for each guest before arrival ($8.00 per Adult (age 16 and older) per day and $5.00 per Child (age 6 – 15) per day) – prices subject to change by Mountain Lakes Club, Inc. Amenity pass allow unlimited access to all Mountain Lakes Club amenities except horseback trail rides.
Non-Member guest must contact Country Hideaway at 1-800-514-1618, Monday – Friday (9:00am – 5:00pm for passes.
Once purchased Mountain Lakes Club will not issue a refund of amenities passes.
