- Rates are available to Mountain Lakes Club Members or member guest with completed authorization form in hand at time of registration.
- Member must complete guest authorization form and provide a copy of a picture ID and current laminated club card.
- Member guest must present picture ID and completed authorization form at registration.
- Member will be responsible for their guest.
- Two night minimum rental except for holidays which require a three night minimum.
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm day of arrival and Check-out time is 10:00 am day of departure.
- A $300.00 security deposit is required a registration.
- Reservations not secured with a credit card must be pre-paid in full within 5 days of reservation request.
- Reservations canceled 7 days prior to arrival date will not be assessed a cancellation fee. Reservations canceled less than 7 days or No shows will be assessed a fee equal to reserved reservation. Cancellation code required on all cancellations.
- All Association and Resort rules and regulations apply. Rates subject to change.
- NO PETS ALLOWED
- In addition to rental costs, your guest will be charged a separate fee for the Mountain Lakes Club amenities. Member or guest must contact Mountain Lakes Club at 706-865-4742 to order and pre-pay for amenities passes prior to arrival at the resort.
- The cost of amenities passes are non-refundable.
Unit Information
Buildings 101- 105 are lakeside Units A & B are 2 bedroom (1 queen/2 twins)1 bath, with the exception of Units 101A & 102A
Unit 102A is a 1 bedroom (1 Queen)1 bath with whirlpool tub.
Units C & D are 2 bedroom (1 queen / 2 twins)2 bath with whirlpool tub. No pets allowed in condo units with the exception of a service animal. You cannot bring a therapy animal or an emotional support dog. There is a difference. If you break the rules with an animal that is not a true service animal you will be charged $300 plus evicted from the unit without refund. No exceptions.
